About the founder

I’m Chris Thomas, and for more than 18 years I’ve been repairing, restoring, and reviving computers, phones, and all kinds of electronic devices. What started as a passion quickly became a purpose: proving that most tech isn’t “dead”—it just needs someone willing to dig deeper.

That’s why I built my business around a simple belief: no device is beyond saving. Every flicker, freeze, crash, and fault is a challenge I take personally. “Defy The Odds” isn’t just a slogan for me—it’s the mindset I bring to every repair. If there’s a way to bring your device back to life, I’ll find it.

♻️ Repair First. Waste Less. Think Smarter.

I don’t believe in throwing things away just because they’re a bit slow, a bit broken, or a bit outdated. Technology shouldn’t be disposable, and neither should your hard‑earned money.

My mission is simple: upgrade, repair, reuse, and rethink.
By keeping devices out of landfills and in the hands of the people who rely on them, I’m doing my part to make tech more sustainable—and more personal.

🔧 More Than a Repair Service

For me, this work is about craftsmanship, community, and conscious tech. I take pride in honest diagnostics, transparent communication, and solutions that genuinely serve you—not upsells, shortcuts, or quick fixes that don’t last.

Whether it’s:

• a laptop you’ve had for years
• a phone that suddenly gave up
• a console, drone, or gadget you thought was a lost cause

—I’m here to bring it back to life with care, skill, and integrity.

💬 Why I Do What I Do

I love what I do because every repair tells a story. A device isn’t just a device—it’s memories, work, connection, creativity, and everyday life. Helping someone get that back matters.

And being part of the local community—supporting residents, schools, and small businesses across Sheppey and Swale—is something I’m genuinely proud of.
